Hi, I'm Jessica Auguste.
Alfred Hitchcock was a master of suspense and psychological tension, often exploring the depths of human psychology in his films. While incorporating elements of kink into this genre, it's important to approach it with sensitivity and respect. I want to use this short film as an opportunity to address any potential stigmas surrounding kink, promoting understanding and acceptance. As well as understanding the dangers of incorporating someone into the world of kink if that is not their prerogative.
To bring "My Pet Finish" to life, we need a total of $1,500 that will go specifically towards:
- renting of shooting locations
- all permits and insurances
- renting of equipment and equipment insurance.
I am grateful to have amazing and talented instructors guiding me and equally amazing and talented friends who are willing to support "My Pet Finish" to get it as far and to as many people as possible. We need your help now too!
I want to introduce a version of a kink physiological thriller into the world and want to give homage to Alfred Hitchcock in the process.
Kink comes in different shapes and sizes. There is nothing to be ashamed of. Creating a film that can be fun but also is important, especially in this current time in our lives. I also want to address the abandonment, manipulation, as well as how far someone will go in order to please others while disregarding themselves. Understanding that everyone has a breaking point.
It's a passion project and the film's focus on a kink physiological thriller may limit its appeal to a specific audience. We want to strike a balance between authenticity and avoiding potential misunderstandings or misinterpretations and also reaching out to people who enjoy the psychological thriller genre which is why we need your help.
We know some people might not be able to help financially, so please spread the word! Share our crowdfunding page with your friends and family through social media and word of mouth. We appreciate any help! And if you have any tips or any other ways of contributing, we're open to it too.
