CO-PILOT WARNING TECHNOLOGY
Older warning systems fail to work at night because they need a well-lit view to "see". Our Super Night Vision helps the artificial intelligence Co-Pilot Warning Technology to work day and night to prevent lane drifting and following too close - the 2 leading causes for accidents.
The latest chip based algorithms ensure the fastest response times, and unlike older technologies, the Lane Drift Warning System is adjustable according to the size of your vehicle (exclusive feature).
The 5 inch HD LCD monitor (can be turned off) shows the lane guidelines in color, and even the distance from the car in front (exclusive feature), on an overlay. When the Co-Pilot detects you’re too close or drifting, an alarm sounds, guidelines change colors, and distance indicator starts flashing from GREEN to RED.

The Night Hawk clips on top of your rearview mirror, and plugs into the cigarette adapter for easy installation. The thin wires easily hide on the inside, and the waterproof 2nd camera can be mounted inside or outside.

NIGHT HAWK DEVELOPMENT
My name is Kelvin. One day in sunny Florida, a kid cut in front of me because he found my driving too slow. His side fender hit the front corner of my car. MY insurance told me that while they sympathized with me, unless I had video proof to show that he hit me, the burden of proof was on me.
After that, we researched dashcams and found dozens from $20 to $400, and it is true that you do get what you pay for. The products on the lower price range were toy-like and not useful. The ones on the higher range may seem expensive but will prove useful and pay for itself the first accident or ticket it saves you from.
With our contacts in Asia, we started distributing mirror dashcams in 2015 to wholesalers. During that time, driver warning apps began appearing for smartphones and we knew that if they were chip-based, that would result in faster performance and accuracy. But it would need better night time imaging to work in dark areas.
With the cooperation and assistance of our manufacturing partner, we developed the Night Hawk to not only record video clearly day and night, it would also prevent accidents from happening due to the two most common causes - lane drifting from distracted or tired drivers, and following too close. We believe that it will help protect all drivers.
WHY WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT
In April 2017, we had a small beta test batch made and shipped to our wholesale customers. Their feedback led us to believe that the Night Hawk can be helpful to any driver, and even other drivers, and pedestrians.
While the current retail price of $280 is still reasonable, we want to make it more affordable. The components, lenses, chipsets are expensive because they are not used in high volume low priced models. With that in mind, we are offering HUGE DISCOUNTS to Indiegogo members in the hopes that you guys can help us drive the volume up, so we can order more components in bulk and drive the prices down.
Either way, we have already reserved factory floor time for August and expect to start shipping Night Hawk units the end of August or early September.
