Short Summary

Dear all, as many of you know, my radio show Nova elektronika has been famous for bringing new sounds and voices of electronic music to the people of Slovenia every Friday for over a decade. This ended abruptly when the national Radio Slovenia unlawfully terminated my contract and consequentially cancelled the show in the summer of 2013. The lawsuit followed and I've been fighting to bring the show back for two years now. My attorney and the Union of Journalists believe that I stand a good chance, but I now need your help to finally make this happen.

What We Need & What You Get

I've been unemployed for two years now and I cannot afford to pay the fees of my attorney any longer. With that, the show will be over for good and there will be no chance of winning. The problem is that I specialized in electronic music and fully devoted the last decade of my career to it based on the contract with the national Radio Slovenia. This was never supposed to be terminated and my work experience as a result of a decade of full-time work for the RTVS became so specific that I am now unable to find a job anywhere else. I tried at the commercial radios in Slovenia, but they show no appreciation for the less commercial genres of electronic music and were not interested in any kind of cooperation.

The Impact

Without your help, the show will never be broadcasted again. With your help, we can make it happen  - there is a chance to get it back on air and offer you the best new sounds and the best works of Slovenian and international producers again. We can have our show back if we just stand together and make a clear statement that this means something to us! It is easy to become discouraged, but even 1 Euro donations can make a difference at this point, I promise you that.

Risks & Challenges

As with every lawsuit (or anything else in life for that matter) there are no guarantees. No one can 100% guarantee that we will win, but chances are good and I have a strong case well supported by evidence. I would have dropped the case long ago if this weren't so.
