Right now most people are scratching their heads and trying
to figure out what they did wrong. They went to college, they got
jobs, married, bought houses, had children and tried to raise
them right.
Offer & Compromise tells the story of Henry Warner, a middle-class family man. Henry is the victim of a downsized economy and the off-shoring of the American workforce. Henry is over a hundred thousand dollars in debt and is still pretending he has a job he lost six months ago. Henry has a wife who wants someone else's life, a teenage daughter who wants
her own apartment, an 8-year-old daughter who wants to be Wayne Gretzky, a five-year-old son who has
yet to
speak and a mother-in-law who hates him.
Henry's fate becomes tied to Travis Parker, a twenty-something recent hire of the
Beaumont Credit Collection Agency. Working with the colorful staff of lifers, Travis gets an education in
denial and regret. Ultimately, he and the Warner
family must join forces to break free of their debts, both financial and emotional.
This funny, uplifting and timely comedy/drama, in the vein of films like
Little Miss Sunshine and
Silver Linings Playbook, is a collaboration between writer Dylan Otto, producer Tani Cohen and director
Valerie Landsburg.

Bailee Madison has starred in many films such as Bridge to Terabitha, Don't Be Afraid of the Dark, Parental Guidance and Just Go with It, along with TV series such as The Fosters, Trophy Wife and Once Upon a Time. Bailee will play Melissa Warner, daughter of Henry and Karen Warner who will be played by Tom Cavanagh and Constance Zimmer.

Many of you may remember me as Doris Schwartz, a character
from the 1980s TV show
Fame, where I got my first shot at directing. But
what you might not know is that since then I have directed a number
of films and TV shows. (

Dylan
began his writing career working underneath writer director Terry
George, IN THE NAME OF THE FATHER, MY LEFT FOOT, and HOTEL RWANDA. After
two years working for Terry, he left and joined Leonard Goldberg’s
producing team where he helped develop blockbuster films like Charlie’s
Angels. For the last 8 years he's worked as the Head of Development for
Rocket Science Laboratories and Angel City Factory creating hit reality
shows for both the U.S. and international markets. In 2012, Dylan
launched his own company Affirmed Content and currently has production
deals with Fremantle Media, Discovery, and All3 Media.
