We know how important stress management is and acknowledge the current lack of simple solutions. For the past two years, we have been working tirelessly to bring users a product and experience that would enable a more balanced life. Despite our efforts, we have been unable to secure the funding needed to turn this vision into a sustainable business. We are no longer able to pursue the development of Olive and have decided to shut down Olive Labs.
If you were one of our funders expecting an Olive, you will receive an email within the next week with details about our refund process.

Stress may seem like a necessary evil in modern society, but it is a fundamental part of how our bodies function.
When we are threatened, our bodies initiate a stress response, releasing hormones, increasing heart rate, and supplying sugar to our muscles. These changes were the difference between life and death for cavemen.
Fast forward to today, our minds have evolved a lot faster than our bodies. Our bodies still respond to things that threaten us, but the "stressors" that our minds perceive as threats are often no longer imminent physical threats.
They are things like bills and deadlines. These aren't threats that you can deal with in the next 30 seconds, let alone the next 30 days.

When our bodies persistently remain stressed, the stress response comes at a cost. Certain body functions like digestion and immune system get put on hold, and it can even cause lapses in memory and judgement.
This is why the ability to be aware of your stress response and the skills to manage it are so critical to your quality of life. This is why we're making Olive.

Backing and Shipping
Do I need to add the cost of shipping to my contribution?
If you are in the US or Canada, shipping is included in your perk contribution. If you are outside of the US or Canada, please add $25 to your contribution for international shipping.
What if I forgot to add international shipping to my contribution?
No problem! Use the "international shipping" perk to add the $25 for international shipping to your previous contribution.
Where do I put my address?
You will be required to enter a shipping address when backing any of the product perks through Indiegogo. We will also be emailing all backers prior to shipping asking for updated mailing addresses. If your address changes before we ship your Olive products, feel free to email us at team@witholive.com.
Can I choose what size and color I want for my Olive?
Yes! At the end of the campaign, we will be emailing everyone a sizing chart for Olive and provide a way to confirm their preferred color and size. This way you have a little time if you change your mind!
When will I get my Olive?
Estimated shipping dates are for delivery in November 2015. We will start working with our beta testers in the spring.
Compatibility
What smartphone operating systems will Olive work with?
We are currently working on an iOS app as well as a version which will support the most common Android phones. Olive's digital features can also be accessed via web application through a web browser on a phone, tablet, or computer.
Will Olive work with my tablet?
An iPad app is currently on our roadmap. We will be evaluating the need for an Android tablet app in the future and we will decide then if we will optimize the Android app for use on Android tablets.
Use and Functionality
Does Olive tell time?
Olive is not a watch. It was consciously designed without a watch face so that you could wear it with your favorite watch or smart watch.
Do I need to wear Olive all the time?
For the most useful experience, it is recommended that you wear the bracelet all the time (except in water). The more you wear Olive, the better it gets to you know you. The better Olive knows you, the more personalized its stress management recommendations will be.
Can I shower or swim with Olive?
No. Olive is designed to be water and shock resistant to handle the wear of everyday use like washing your hands.
Does Olive track my physical activity and sleep?
Yes. Both physical activity and sleep are monitored by Olive and analyzed in order to show you how your lifestyle and habits impact your stress. This is all in an effort to make stress more tangible and offer you tailored solutions to manage it.
How tight should I wear Olive?
For Olive’s sensors to get the most accurate readings, Olive should be worn snug around your wrist.
How do I charge Olive?
Each Olive is shipped with a standard USB charging cable. It is also possible to upgrade to the Pedestal Charger which will stylishly display your Olive while charging.
Where is my data stored? Is it safe?
Data is stored on the band then securely transmitted to servers using the latest encryption and security protocols. We don’t mess around with user data privacy and security.

First, make sure you're logged in to Indiegogo (your name will appear on the upper right corner of the page). There will be a 7-digit number at the end of the link, and that's your unique code!
How can I check how many people have I referred?
Sign in on Indiegogo, and click on your name above the search box at the top right of the page. Click "My Profile" from the drop-down menu, then click on the “Referrals” tab to see totals of your referrals and contributions that resulted from your sharing!
When will I receive my refund?
We'll add up the all of your referrals at the end of the campaign, and anyone who has successfully referred a friend to buy an Olive will receive a refund!
