Short Summary
I am a grade 12 student in the GTA focused on improving the quality of life of a First Nation reserve in norther Ontario called Kithcenuhmaykoosib Inninuwug (KI). I work with a First Nation teen who expressed dire need for sports equipment, specifically broomball equipment. The reserve plans to form an all girls broomball team. But they need help to purchase equipment as their reserve cannot afford it. Help me help them to promote wellness and good health.

The Impact
Every child deserves the opportunity to play, be educated, and be healthy. However, this is not the current situation with these youth on KI. My goal from 2011 was to help every single child in KI, and this is one of the steps to achieve that goal.
The impact of helping any child despite their race is remarkable. Changing the life of a human being can be done by the smallest acts of kindness. Here, with this campaign a small act of kindness would be donating. No matter the size of the donation every bit counts to create positive change the ripples to the lives around us. But by helping these kids on KI you are giving them hope, where there isn't much due to the lack of resources.
KI is a fly-in community so shipping costs is quite a bit.
I come to you not to earn sympathy for these youth rather, to appeal to your sense of justice. These kids deserve the same opportunities that every other Canadian youth receive. Please help me achieve that goal in acquiring justice within Canada.
All donors will get recognition on One Nation, Two Worlds website.
