1) Why is the Super Early Bird so cheap? It is too good to be true. What discounts can be expected after the Super Early Bird?

We develop and fabricate for major brands including Monster, Intel, Huawei, and Xiaomi. Padmate has top tier engineers to develop these innovative audio products for you! We also own the best factories in the audio industry all over the world! We have done a lot of OEM and ODM programs, but now we want to go directly to our customers because we have the dream of developing the best audio devices for all of our customers.  This is why we can and want to offer an amazingly low price for our early bird perks.  We cannot cover the cost at this low price, but it will be super good to do our branding and benefit our first batch fans. Of course, these discounts are so big that we can only offer limited quantities at this price. 2) When is the expected delivery?

We planed to start shipping in March, however, Pamu is much more popular than we expected. We are already in the process of production, and the expected shipping time will be in early April. We will ship in batches.

3）What’s the IP rating of these earphones? Can I take a shower with your earbuds?

By using a water-repellent sealing design, we keep the inside dry and fully functional. These earbuds aren’t afraid of sweat or rain or a shower. Here is the PaMu water proof testing video

4) Are there plans for more colors to be offered?

We plan to designing more colors for our PaMu fans to choose from in our future products. Now we have only two colors available.

5) What version Bluetooth does PaMu use?

PaMu uses Bluetooth 4.2 because there are far less devices that can connect to Bluetooth 5.0. We are considering Bluetooth 5.0 in our next product.

6) What is the warranty policy if I receive a defective set?

We value our users, and we blieve in our products. If there is a problem due to manufacturer's defect, we will replace your PaMu.

7) How do I get my Order ID?

You can find your Order ID by logging into your Indiegogo account and clicking on ‘My Contribution’.

8) Why does it take 2 hours to charge the battery case？

Two hours is the maximum charging time with lower current chargers, such as charging from your PC's USB port.  Most of the time, you will need less than 2 hours to get both the earbuds and the charging case fully charged.

9) What type of antenna do you use?

We use LDS, and we chose the only mobile device that uses typical vmlinux. Although the cost of the LDS antenna is higher, it is of better quality, performance, and stability for the Bluetooth connection.

10) Can you hear calls through both earpieces, and can one be used at a time while the other can charge?

When you answer a phone call, only one earbud will hear the phone. The two earbuds can be used separately only when each earbud is far away from each other.  If the two earbuds are within range of each other, they will automatically pair.

11) How can I change the color from white to black？

Indiegogo does not allow you to change the selected color - please email us with your Order ID and colour choice and we will update the color for your order.

12）What’s the IP rating of these earphones? Can I go swimming with your earbuds?

By using a water-repellent design, we're able to keep the inside dry and fully functional. Pamu is IP 5. These earbuds aren’t afraid of sweat or rain! But it can’t be submerged in water for a long time.  So, this means it can’t be used during swimming.  We will design a new generation of earbuds that can be worn while swimming in the future.

13）What’s the PaMu’s advantage of bass effect compared to other earphones？

Our 10mm dynamic audio driver is Biodiaphram cell. It is designed to deliver sound of balanced deep low bass without saricficing the mids and the highs. So PaMu has a special technique for bass effect.

14）How does the noisy cancellation work? Is there a switch?

Our NC means Passive noise reduction, not Active NC.Our earplugs are patented in-ear design, not only can block noise but also comfortable.

15) Does PaMu can  reach the decode  level of APTX?

Our earphones can reach the decoding level of SBC and AAC. At present, the rf signal of the APTX decoding scheme in the market is not stable now, so we need to balance the stability of rf signal and the clear effect of audio decoding. PaMu will give fans a great sound experience.

16) Bluetooth 4.2 TWS earbuds usually have dropout issues when there are a lot of interference (other 2.4Ghz devices broadcasting/sending/receiving). How will you avoid this issue with BT 4.2 used to communicate between the 2 earbuds? 

2.4GHz is vulnerable to be interfered in an environment of intense human interference, and our RF engineers are aware of this and have tested it accordingly. After a lot of actual testing and improvement .Now compared with SONY\ APPLE and other brand headphones, PADMATE in the TWS peer RF interference ability is among the leading.

17) Does it have charging cables and other appendix?

This item included one pair PaMu earbuds with a charging case and one charging cable, an instructions book and 3 pair ear-tips of S, M, L size.Thanks!

18) Does your  products have sound delay?

We use the latest technology and pass multiple tests to solve the problem of bluetooth connection delay. In normal useing, there will be almost no bluetooth delay or broken line.
