• What is PEGASUS?

PEGASUS is a portable power station that can be used as a mobile power source or an emergency power source. It can be used anywhere you go and is rechargeable by soar panels, cars and outlets.

• Who created it?

The team at ACOPower have been in the solar power business over 12 years. We saw a demand from our customers for portable power stations and PEGASUS is the result.

• What are the different ports and lights?

Pegasus is equipped with a total of 4×USB ports (1×Quick Charge, 1×Type-C), 2×AC Output, 2×DC 6mm outputs, 1×12V car port, 1×LED light panel, and 1× LED flashlight.

• What sets Pegasus apart?

The Battery Management System (BMS) inside PEGASUS not only regulates temperature for best performance but it also tracks the power consumption from individual ports which is shown on the LED screen in real-time.

Technical

• How do I charge my PEGASUS?

PEGASUS has two input ports, one for solar charging and one for wall or car charging. They are located on the left-hand side of the PEGASUS. Solar charging takes 5-8 hours, wall charging takes 9 hours and car charging takes 13 hours.

• Can I use PEGASUS while it’s charging?

Yes! PEGASUS can output power while being charged.

• Will my country's power plug be supported?

Yes! We do plan on making units with 220V and 230V outputs with Universal plugs. Depending on the demand, we will release other versions as well. Please contact us if interested!  

• How do I store PEGASUS?

To prolong battery life, PEGASUS should be fully charged before storing at room temperature away from humidity.

• How do I use it?

Simply press the On/Off button and wait for the LED screen to respond. Once its turned on, select which ports you will be using and turn their power on individually and start charging!

• What is the acceptable temperature range?

For optimum performance, Pegasus should be charged from 32 – 113°F (0 – 45°C) and operated from 14 – 140°F (-10 – 60°C).

Shipping

• When does shipping begin?

Shipping will begin in April 2018. US & Canada  backers should expect their units in starting in May. UK, EU, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Singapore will ship by June.

• Where does it ship to?

We ship to US, Canada, Mexico, UK, EU, Australia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, and Hong Kong. Shipping is free to the USA.  

Customer Service

• What is the warranty?

For US purchases, ACOPOWER warrants PEGASUS to be free of manufacturing defects. ACOPOWER will pay for repair or replacement of parts and labor for 18 months from the date you receive PEGASUS. Specific terms are shipped with PEGASUS.

• What is your pre-order refund policy?

If you change your mind or change addresses, we'll do our best to accommodate. We won't able to refund Indiegogo orders once they've shipped to you.

• What is your return policy?

Don't return PEGASUS Power Station to the store. You'll be able to contact ACOPOWER directly with any questions or concerns you might have. Specific terms are shipped with PEGASUS.
