Q: Which markets can Pelotan be shipped to?
A: Currently Pelotan is shipping to any country within the EU. Our plan is to launch in Australia, Asia and the Middle East later in 2018, before arriving in the USA in 2019.
Q: Which markets can accessories be shipped to?
A: We can ship our accessories (Pelotan x Isadore Jersey, Bidons and Training Plans) to any country in the world.
Q: How quickly can I get my hands on Pelotan?
A: We are in production at the moment and have 2000+ units of our flagship product ready to ship immediately. Our production is scaling up and huge demand may lead to minor delays, so get your order in early!
Q: Does Pelotan conform to EU Regulations on UVA and UVB protection?
A: Yes - it does (shown by UVA and UVB logos circled on packaging). Pelotan has been shown to last up to 8 hours from a single application, if applied correctly.
Q: What SPF is Pelotan?
A: Our flagship line is SPF 30, which is recommended for exposure to the sun in the EU. Every skin is different, but we find that SPF 30 offers adequate protection to even those with sensitive skin.
Q: Does Pelotan work for non-cyclists?
A: Absolutely, yes. Pelotan works in any environment but is designed with characteristics that make it especially effective for cycling - namely it is lightweight, non-greasy, quickly absorbed, ‘once a day’, water and sweat resistant sun protection - making it perfect for a day in the saddle.
Q: Does Pelotan stain clothing?
A: We designed Pelotan specifically not to mark clothing - but recommend allowing it to fully dry before putting on your favourite kit. Marginal gains, not terminal stains.
