Founded in 2008, Z V E Z D O L I K I  is a classical ensemble based in Antwerpen, Belgium.  It's named after Stravinsky's cantata and means "King of the Stars".  To celebrate our 10th anniversary, we decided to make this unique live recording of Piazzolla's tango-operita "María de Buenos Aires".  With this recording we hope to reach as many people as possible to share this wonderful music with you.  The album will be released on Evil Penguins Records' label 'Antarctica' in October 2018.

We will perform this magnificent music with 15 musicians, which asks for a high budget. Therefore we would like to ask your help to find extra funding to reach the target.

This recording will be a unique experience because it will be recorded live.  And you can be part of that!  Sign in for one of our perks and join us during one of the concerts (Saturday 3rd or Sunday 4th, 2018 at 8 pm) in KC Nona in Mechelen, a former cinema hall.  And .. who knows.. even a film might follow after the album!
