What is Planet Keepers?
Planet Keepers is an office-set dramedy in which desperate video game company CEO, Clayton Barnes, must restore ties with his now fired producer, James, to create a pitch for more funding from the parent company.
About Us
Thank you for your support! Planet Keepers wouldn't be possible without the team's Producer, Ethan Juarez, SFSU fourth year, pursing his Cinema and Political Science degree, Along with DJ, the team plans to graduate SFSU's Fine Arts program with a bang. An exemplification of skills learned over our time at state, Planet Keepers, sets out to showcase what we plan to bring into the industry.
The Breakdown...
After consideration with Producer, Abraham Nieves Loya, to accurately execute the vision of Planet Keepers, a sum of $10,000 must be raised.
Location is our biggest hurdle. To represent the workplace of the Planet Keepers development team, creating this world is crucial to the film's overall style.
Food is a no brainer. The energy to get up and make movies doesn't just come from passion!
Equipment can start to add up! Lights, lenses, and microphones are some of the many tools we'll need to make the movie.
Props, Make-up, Set design, and all things art related need our help as well. Posters, business cards, office equipment, etc., are all in consideration by the art department.
Cast & Crew deserve pay for their work. Unfortunately, student films make that hard. Help us change that around :)
Every penny is going into this movie. Without mentioning post production expenses, festival submission costs, we still have a fun, yet challenging road ahead. Thank you again for your consideration in this project.
