1. Is Populele a real ukulele without the LED?
Yes! Without the app and LED, Populele is still a premium ukulele with high quality sound!
2. Do you ship worldwide?
We currently only ship to the US and Canada due to battery shipping regulations. More countries will be covered late this year.
3. When will I receive my Populele?
The first batch will be shipped out before the end of July. Production will be running in full capacity in late April according to crowd funding performance.
4. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs change depending on the chosen perk. Select your perk and the shipping cost will be shown in the check our process.
5. How can I order Populele and Accessory Package together?
Since we may not be able to have both Populele and Accessory Package all ready at a same time, two different orders are recommended. However, all backers who order both Populele and Accessory Package will be asked whether they prefer to wait to receive two orders together, and we will refund the extra shipping cost.
6. Is the APP compatible with Android system?
The APP will be compatible with both Android and iOS system.
7. How long does the Populele last once it's fully charged?
About 10 hours.
8. Does Populele have a left handed version?
We are currently working on the left handed version and trying to bring it to the market asap, your patience and understanding are appreciated. We will keep updating everyone and provide equal discount chances.
9. How to Charge Populele?
Populele can be charged by regular smart phone chargers with USB to Micro USB cable.
10. How much does Populele weigh and what is the size?
Populele weights 0.5 KG (1.1 Lbs). The size is : 24 * 8 * 2-3/4 (inches).
11. What kind of material is Populele made of?
Premium European maple, first class spruce, and Italian Aquila strings.
12. How about warranty?
We are committed to providing each user with the best experience possible. One-year warranty is offered.
13. Can I refund?
Yes! During the campaign, you can process the refund at any time by following the instruction here. However, refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis; at some points we will need to lock refunds in order to go into production & shipment stage. We will not be able to refund once the orders are shipped.
