Capturing an image through the viewfinder isn't always easy as there are technical details that you have to take notice of, for example shutter speed, ISO and etc. This is the problem to many new photographers out there who are eager to press the shutter button and not sure where to start.

The book titled "Snap Fig" will be a full 100 over colour pages featuring many figurines such as Senjougahara, Miku and many more.

This book will provide all the technical details of a photo, see how individual photographer treat their shots with mood and tone. It is also to showcase their hard work and commitment that they have put into every single photos that they have taken.

Combining the love of anime and Japanese pop culture, this book will mainly focus on taking miniature stuff, which in this case, anime figurines.

In this book, there will be detailed explanation on how photographers light up their subjects in the most creative way possible. How the background of each photo blend in with the figurine characters. 

There are also some crazy yet experimental shots in this book too!

Other than providing technical details and detailed explanation, there is also behind the scene shot of how the picture is taken. This is to give an idea to reader and description where they can relate to. 

Sakura Doujin has been around as a blogging website about anime and Japanese pop culture since 2012. Based in Singapore, we have slowly grown over the past two years. Recently, we have start up publishing book like these to engage our audience both anime and non-anime enthusiast

This project isn't easy. We have to collaborate with photographers around the world. So the logistic are hard to handle. Along the way, we made quite a lot of mishap and since this is our first project, we take this as a learning point. Is there any profit gain from this project?

• No. There is not a single profit gain from this project. Due to copyright issue of the figurines, we should not gain a single cent on this project. After all, we are doing it as a cause. To engage new and young photographer who loves Anime and Japanese culture together.  In fact, we have to fork out additional cost for shipping charges and taxes.

Are there any shipping charges apply and how long will it take for it to arrive?

• Shipping charges are already included into the perks. Please do note that the shipping cost in Singapore is very expensive and therefore, we subside some cost of it. Your product may take between 2 to 3 weeks to arrive.
• The items will be wrapped around in thick bubble wrap to ensure that there will be protection and no damage in the process of shipping.

Do you ship everywhere?

• Yes. We ship everywhere around the world. Except for Antarctica and Greenland.

What will happen if the goal isn't reached?

• As since this is a flexible funding, if the goal isn't reached, we will then used whatever funding that we have. All contributors will get their goods based on the selected perks. 

What are the T-shirt size available?

A = Length of the shirt. B = Height of the shirt. C = Length of the shirt from Shoulder to Neck.

How will the book quality be like?

• The book binding will be perfect bound cover where it is always scored on back and front, for ease of opening and less stress on spine. The book pages will be around 150gsm and above. Do also take note that the book is soft cover and the dimension is around 210mm by 210mm

Will you be releasing this book elsewhere after this crowd funding project?

• No. The book will not be released elsewhere.
