Q: Are there other ways to charge the Raptor & Raptor Pro?
A: Yes. Both units come with a micro USB input, allowing it to be charged with a wall charger or car charger as well.

Q: How long does it take to charge the Raptor & Raptor Pro?
A: In good sun conditions, it takes 9 hours to fully charge. A Qualcomm Quickcharger (car or wall adapter) can recharge the Raptor Pro in about 2.5 hours. The Raptor takes about 3 hours to charge via car or wall charger.

Q:How many devices can be charged at once?
A: Two. The Raptor Pro offers two Qualcomm 2.0 Quick Charge outputs, while the Raptor offers two standard USB ports.

Q: Can I charge my phone if it isn't Qualcomm Quick Charge compatible?
A: Yes. The Raptor Pro offers smart USB ports (AI) that communicate with any connected device to determine the fastest possible charge rate, up to 2.4 Amps.

Q: Are iPhones Quick Charge compatible?
A: No, Apple products do not accept Quick Charge but will still charge at the normal rate on either the Raptor or Raptor Pro.

Q: How is the Raptor waterproof?
A: The internal components are treated with a high performance hydrophobic coating that repels water, similar to many new smartphones today. Even if water gets inside the USB ports, operation and performance isn't affected.
