Hi my name is Raven.
I live in a pink house by the harbor with my huge family. My siblings and I are unschooled together and it's buckets of fun. I want to go on a month long writing retreat in Massachusetts. Unschool Adventures has created an incredible, focused atmosphere for writing and drawing. The people hosting the program are a truly amazing bunch and I could learn a lot from them. I'm sure everyone will be awfully supportive.
I want to write a 100 page graphic novel with all sorts of artwork, prose and verse. I'll have the opportunity to spend several hours just drawing and writing each day with amazing vegetarian meals in between. I will work really hard towards creating something worth reading and bettering myself as a creative being and gain skills that will definitely help with college applications and other life things. Serious writing is new for me but practice makes perfect.
It Isn't possible for me to pay for this on my own right now because of my big family and all their expensive raw food. I need to pay for the the retreat ($1725), a round trip plane ticket ($504), and indiegogo's hosting fees ($66). It's $2295 all together. I appreciate EVERYTHING/ANYTHING you can contribute <3
