About TRAFFIC News to-go
TRAFFIC was founded in 2009, against all odds, in a moment in time where many thought that print publications were no longer needed. TRAFFIC responded to the demand for a haptic product- in spite, or even because of the digital hype. It fulfills the need for a tangible product that you can hold in your hands, carry with you, place on a coffee table, or share with a colleague.
TRAFFIC breaks the rules of the industry and challenges the norm: Selected quality journalism from well-known authors, photographers, cutting edge design and regular cooperation projects with artists make the newspaper stand out.
The Newspaper of the future!
Our goal and why we need your Support
The goal of this project is to save our company and enhance our company portfolio and streamline the business into a positive direction for both TRAFFIC analog and digital version. We are looking to bring TRAFFIC to your city and share our content in both German and English text and we need your support to help us realize this dream and expectation to reach a global level.
Once we receive the funding needed we will make the necessary fulfillment to strengthen our team as we are in need of an: Editor, Managing Editor, Photo Editor, Advertising Sales & Marketing Director and a Financial Advisor for both the print and online edition.
TRAFFIC journalist and contributors are contributing to some of the strongest publications on the market (e.g., Süddeutsche Zeitung, FAZ, Zeit, NZZ, Stern, Spiegel, Welt, Rolling Stones, BBC, NY Times, Elle, Vogue, WWD, etc.) with influential backgrounds and intelligence to attract a discerning audience.

Risks & Challenges
Publishing houses and especially independent companies are at a major scarcity in both analog and digital media, however, we've overcome a majority of our challenges contrary to popular belief to succeed as a free and independent publication since our conception in 2009. We can agree that we have made mistakes and we learned from them, trials and tribulations that have caused collateral damages, and we managed to face them with making critical decisions to help maintain growth and to stay afloat on the market.
When beginning this publishing house our liquidity was meager and insubstantial. One of the major challenges we've faced was to publish during a time when majority of German publications were closing, which lead us to take advantage of this void on the market and compete with our competitors.
We've realized the conformity of the business which lead us broaden our horizon to sustain a business relationship with our contributors and media co-operation partners.
We continued to stay strong and sincerely value our contributors more than anything in this world as they provide us with trust and newsworthy articles.
