Space is a dark, dark place

A mysterious sickness has appeared in almost every system of the Milky Way. The galactic community implemented a strict quarantine and now millions of refugee-ships are stuck on reentry stations. Pirate activity is on the rise, zealots from the triumvirate empire have started a third expansion crusade, strange cybernetic monsters have been sighted on the edges of human territory. Space is a dark, dark place and it's about to get worse.

Redshift Express is written by David Feed (Red Eyes 1 and 2) and illustrated by Rafael Chrestani (Mrdr Wpn). It's a 60+ page, black and white, non-stop action Graphic Novel sprinkled with a little bit of body horror for good measure.

Romina Jones is a thrill seeker, space pirate. One morning she's bored out of her mind and decides to steal her boyfriends ship and run away to sell contraband to an old acquaintance. All goes to hell when the station is attacked and Romina ends up with the genetic key that could save the entire galaxy from a mysterious plague.

I love miniature war games, the lore, the rules, the actual figures and the excitement of assembling them, coloring them. And of course, playing them, challenging another human in a match. I've been working on a game of my own design and with the SPRUES stretch goal reached we have the funds to include a small box with a miniature figure, to assemble and paint. Either an alien soldier or a flamethrower drone.
