Q) From How far can I control it away?
A) Well, it does depend on your Wi-Fi environment. But under ideal conditions, you can control the Rollybot as far as 90 meters.The video resolution will decrease a bit at about 55 meters from you.
Q) How long is the battery’s life?
A) The Rollybot has one 3000mAh lithium polymer battery that lasts 3 straight hours. However, if you let it sleep with no connection, the battery can hold for another two days until connected again.
Q) Will there be an IOS app?
A) Absolutely. We’re currently working with Android, but by initial release, we’ll have the IOS app.
Q) Can you control Rollybot’s trajectory?
A) Sure. That’s what Rollybot is all about. A weight inside the Rollybot causes the body to lean to the side by a user's control.
If the user moves the Rollybot forward while it leans, it will be steered to the side.
Q) Will it roll over the carpet?
A) It will roll over the carpet if you roll the Rollybot from some distance away. You can use the accelerated speed for the Rollybot to have enough torch to climb up the carpet.
