Il sogno è di dare un diverso punto di vista della Rotta Balcanica che è oggi famosa come un viaggio pieno di sfide attraverso barriere, campi profughi, esseri umani che cambiano i loro nomi in rifugiati.
Con questo tour noi vogliamo attraversare i Balcani e segnare una mappa che unisce genti e culture attraverso la musica e l'arte.
Attraverseremo Italia, Slovenia, Austria, Ungheria, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Macedonia e alla fine Grecia. ![]()
Ad ogni tappa, in circa 30 giorni, incontreremo persone nei campi di rifugiati, persone delle città che visiteremo, faremo loro delle interviste e suoneremo musica con loro, useremo il colore per dipingere il grigiore, la musica per riaccendere sorrisi. Ad ogni tappa registreremo un brano musicale con musicisti del luogo assieme a rifugiati che in quel luogo ci devono stare (la musica è un mezzo potentissimo di dialogo e incontro).
Vogliamo realizzare un documentario su questo viaggio, una testimonianza a futura memoria per tracciare un ritratto dell’Europa dei giorni nostri.

Dobbiamo procurarci un camper, allestirlo come un mini studio di registrazione, con noi 2 videomaker documenteranno il viaggio e successivamente (al nostro ritorno) verrà realizzato il film documentario per poi essere stampato, presentato nei festival e cinema d’Italia e del mondo e stampato in DVD.
Buona parte del budget sarà investito per acquistare macchine fotografiche, pennelli, tele, colori, strumenti musicali da portare e donare alle persone nei campi di rifugiati. Sarà loro insegnato come utilizzarle e saranno loro coinvolti nella realizazione di un libro fotografico. Infatti verrà chiesto di spedire ad AlphaArt (www.alphaart.org) le foto e i video di quello che vedono. Il libro così creato sarà un'importante testimonianza di quest' epoca storica.
Al nostro arrivo in Grecia organizzeremo un grande evento in un campo rifugiati ad Atene, dove persone da tutto il mondo verranno e porteranno con se cibo, vestiti, sorrisi e tanta speranza.
Ad ogni tappa del viaggio pianteremo un albero di mele, un albero forte, e come crescerà starà a segnare una strada di ritorno verso casa nel nome della pace, rinascita e bellezza. Una mappa di speranza, per ricordare che la bellezza non si spegne mai.

- raggiungerci durante il viaggio, portare con te del cibo, dei vestiti, delle idee e sogni da condividere con i rifugiati.

Alaa Arsheed (musician and composer, from Siria) had a dream 7 years ago of a tour with music. In 2015 he met with Isaac de Martin (musician and composer, from Italy) and they developed a Tour in the Balkans to meet people, record music with them, make and album, do arts, use colors, bodypaiting and performances and make a documentary!!
The name of the album is SEEDS, at each stage of our journey we will meet with talented and true artists, we will record them playing, we will jam together, and collect a huge repertoire of sounds and samples. Once back in Italy we will produce the music album.
The name of the documentary is I PLAY WITH MOZART: each human has a talent and with the tour we want to discover these talets and do arts with them. Arts will be not only music (and the album SEEDS) but paiting, theater, performances.

We will meet the people in the cities, at the country sides, in monasteries (Kloster), in the refugee camps... everywhere!
With this tour we want to cross the Balkans and mark a map of hope and beauty.
We will go through Italy, Slovenia, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Macedonia and Greece.
Part of the budget will be used to buy photo and video camera, canvas, brushes, colors, musical instrumets to bring to the people in the refugee camps. We will teach them how to use these tools and ask them to send to us photos and videos. AlphaArt will then realize a photo book with the pictures from the refugees.
The journey will take about 30 days heading down to Greece where we will give a big event where artists from all over the world are invited to join.
We want to realize a documentary about this journey, about this period of time, our dreams and about how arts can easily connect people to each others. We will do it with music, paint, dance, poetry and film making.
We need to buy a camper, set up a basic music studio inside for the recordings, with us 2 DOP/videomaker will come and document the journey to then cut the documentary I PLAY WITH MOZART that will be then distribuited in Film Festivals and Cinemas.
At each stage of our journey we will plant an APPLE TREE.
