Seraphina is a guardian angel who just can't seem to get things right. Everyone that she tries to help seems to end up worse off than before she got involved. They get hit by cars, or accidentally electrocuted, or dumped by the "loves of their lives." Whenever she lends her helping hand, she seems to introduce more chaos than order.

Nonetheless Seraphina's desperate to prove that she's got what it takes.

Her latest assignment is a quiet, gentle shut-in named Nathan. He's built a safe, little cocoon of a home and is more than happy to stayed holed up in it.  The problem is: the girl of Nathan's dreams is out there, and he's too afraid to go and get her.

Now it's Seraphina's job to help Nathan realize his destiny. So with a little help from the Archangel Michael, an all-knowing Narrator, and her own boundless determination - Seraphina is out to prove that she's not just a Chaotic Angel!

What We're Hoping To Do

We're looking to bring a little more humor,  joy, and laughter into the world. 

Unlike the video above, we are not making a mockumentary, we are telling the narrative story of Seraphina. 

In the vein of "Stardust," "The Princess Bride," and "Pushing Daisies" we're looking to put a new fairy-tale spin on Guardian Angels.  Seraphina is a different kind of guardian angel, who just doesn't want to do things like the other angels.  She's got her own style, her own edge, her own pizazz.  And we want to do the same thing. We want to experiment with fun visual styles, and colorful, imaginative flairs.

And we want to do it right! 

To give this thing the fairy-tale, whimsical feel that we feel it deserves we need excellent camera work, special effects, great sound, music, and editing.  To achieve all of that, we need to raise a little money.

So we need your help. We need you to be our Guardian Angels.

And Who Are We? 

We are Vered Lenn and Ben Gillman! We've both been living and working in Los Angeles for the past several years.  We've performed in numerous episodes of television programs, written dozens of feature-length and short films, and been involved in seemingly hundreds of creative projects all throughout Southern California. And now we're passionate about bringing this new story about determination, love, and destiny to the world.

-The perfect composer to capture the whimsical tone.

The Ultimate Goals

With a positive message and top-notch production values, we plan to put together a short film (approx. 15 minutes) that can be enjoyed by everyone.

Then we are going to be taking this film to all of the relevant festivals in order to spread Seraphina's positive message.

In a greater scheme, we hope to build lots of enthusiasm for the character of Seraphina so that we can expand this into a full-length feature.
