ShuffleHIIT is a pack of cards where each card has a workout allowing you to create over a trillion different workouts - just like your favourite PT or Gym.
There are four suits and each suit has a focus (Cardio, Core, Upper and Lower) so you can choose between a totally random workout or tailor them to suit your goals.

All you need to do is shuffle the deck. Decide how long your workout needs to be. Draw the same amount of cards. Complete one at a time for 45 seconds high intensity with 15 seconds break in between.

In developing these we focussed on working with experienced Personal Trainers to identify the right balance of exercises to ensure they were easy to follow, achieved goals and were able to work independently but also alongside an experienced training programme. Our trainers have begun using these with their clients as part of a blended programme to really maximise gains during both contact and non contact time.
