The Hoodie You’ve Always Wanted.

Ever Sigma 50 starts with a heavyweight, blended cotton fabric. After the fabric is hand cut, it is first sewn with ultra premium Corespun threading. This is regarded by many as the best quality threading in the world. When this step is completed, the seams are then overstitched with vertical runs of Kevlar threading. This hybrid matrix of Kevlar and Corespun creates the strongest seams ever put in a hoodie. All the hardware is premium aged brass, and feature an all weather ready, heavy-duty YKK Zipper.

Kevlar is one of the most incredible materials ever created by humankind. It provides incredible strength, durability and resilience that is unmatched by nearly all other materials out there. It is trusted by explorers, the military, and is even used in space, notably in space suits and the International Space Station, helping to protect it from flying space debris. We thought it would be the perfect way to “level up” the durability of existing hoodies, while also creating the ultimate conversation piece among family, friends and co-workers. We source our Kevlar from legitimate / authorized resellers ensuring premium quality.

Travel Ready & Theft Resistant 

Sigma 50 is the ultimate travel hoodie. The hidden pockets make pickpocketing extremely difficult, and provide a safe spot for travel documents, tickets, passports, wallets and currency. When the hoodie is zipped up, the only way to get to these pockets is to reach quite a way up the hoodie from the bottom- which is something extremely noticeable.

EDC Approved

If you’re a fan of Everyday Carry, then this Hoodie was made for you. All the additional storage space means you can increase what you EDC, or spread your existing carry among your pants and Sigma 50- lightening the load of your pant pockets.

The seam stitching to these hidden pockets are invisible when zipped up, making the hoodie like clean and traditional from the outside.

Survival in Mind

The hoodie drawstring is made from 550 Paracord with brass tips. The eyelet hoops are oversized with heavy gauge brass, making it easier to take out / put in the Paracord drawstring. Every Sigma 50 comes with almost 5 feet of 550 Paracord. This can be a lifesaver in emergency situations in both urban and nature environments. Explorers, adventurers, and military personnel understand the versatility of Paracord, so we thought it would be the perfect addition to the Sigma 50.

Every Sigma 50 is handmade in the USA. Our production manager has created clothing for some of the highest end luxury and boutique brands out there, and will be bringing that same quality to the Sigma 50 project. Not only are using premium fabric, hardware and thread, we are using self recovering elastic cuffing / ribbing which should eliminate those ugly baggy cuffs, while also keeping the cold out. The elastic content in these cuff make them resistant to over-stretching, which should keep your Sigma 50 looking great and fresh for years to come.
