Short Summary
We are a group of committed filmmakers, digital storytellers, artists, actors, musicians, writers, and horror enthusiasts, brought together by writers Scot Dyer & Brian Farmer ( Heroin; A Love Story, The Cold Read, Mark Of The Dog Rose) This film pays homage to the true American Slasher film. We pay homage to the classics and add a twist to a great story with great potential.
Sky Harbor is a full-length Los Angeles - based film shooting in the summer of 2014. A stylish take on the slasher genre, with a nostalgic feel and respect towards cinematic details, it tells the story of a new girl who moves into town, she stumbles upon something more then she bargained for, she later finds her life turned upside down when a man or is he? Comes back looking for something more then she hoped for, blood... It's Halloween, meets Scream. Who will prevail and who will escape Sky Harbor? If you can help us, you'll find out!
What We Need & What You Get
WE need you!!!!!!! We need the horror underground behind us on this one! independent filmmaking, and Los Angeles filmmaking to help us make the best film we can. SH has a full cast and crew, most of our equipment, plus an amazing script, but we need funds for production. We feel we have a modest goal here on Indiegogo, but we want to be as transparent as possible about how we are spending your contributions. Contributions raised here will go right back into the production of this film, and your contributions will help us make the highest quality movie possible, including funds for the following:
