FAQ

1) With SWR installed can I still open & close the window manually?
Yes, SWR will not limit your window functionality, so you can manually open and close it as before. See the video to learn more.
2) Is there a battery powered version of SWR?
Not yet, but current version of SWR will be expandable with battery pack. Battery Pack will be available at our online store as well as other accessories.   
3) How fast can SWR close my window?
Speed of SWR movement can be set  in your mobile application based on specific event or purpose.  Speed ranges from 2 - 5 seconds for closing or opening. There is a night mode (slow closing) feature available for extra quiet  SWR operation.  
4) Do I have to drill into my window in order to install SWR?
No, simple stick SWR to window frame and window itself based on the manual. However if needed (older wooden windows with no smooth surface) SWR allows screw mounting installation as well.
5) What should I measure to make sure SWR fits my window?
First of all make sure your window is Tilt-Turn type. Then simply measure 3 basic dimensions as shown on picture below and compare it to maximal and minimal values. If your window opens more then 150mm for ventilation(regular EU standard), order anyway and just let us know. We will provide SWR with cusomised comb length.  We will contact each customer for verification(comb length, right/left window manual opening) before SWR expedition.

6) Does SWR works without connection to the internet?
Yes, SWR can be controlled via local wifi network without access to internet.
7) Are you going to you ship internationally?
Yes we will. Price of shipping is mentioned below each perks.
8) I bought SWR basic without sensors. Can I buy stand alone sensors and extend my SWR? 
Yes, SWR basic can be extended by sensor set anytime. Sensor set will be available at our online store as well as other accessories. 
9) Can I operate multiple SWR with one application?
Yes, you can control & monitor multiple SWRs from one mobile application (phone) or web (PC). 
10) Can I monitor & control SWR from anywhere?
Yes, even while not at home, authorised user with internet connectivity can monitor and control SWR from anywhere anytime.
