Who We Are - My name is Karyna, my husband Justin and I are the founders of Smoothie Cards.

Helping Ukraine - You might have guessed from my accent but I am not from the United States. My home country is Ukraine and there are people there that need help very badly. That is why when you purchase Smoothie Cards a percentage of your pledge will go towards two charities, United Help Ukraine and Save The Children Ukraine. This will help provide food, basic supplies and medical care for those in need of help.

About Us - I am originally from Ukraine and I played tennis through college with a full ride scholarship, for most of my career I was working very hard to perform in tournaments in spite of a poor diet. Then I discovered smoothies and how much better I felt during competition from drinking them, but I never knew why. Then I met Justin, he had always struggled with low energy in his factory job, so he began studying health. With his knowledge of health and nutrition it became clear to me how important micronutrients were and how they could increase our quality of life. Now my performance change really made sense to me, and I realized that smoothies were the reason. We started making our own recipes soon after that, and experimenting with new ones became really fun. Before I knew it we had a whole list of great tasting smoothies, but not that many people to share them with. So naturally I wanted to tell as many people as possible, but how could we reach a bigger audience than just our close friends and family? The answer we soon realized was Smoothie Cards!
