Conception 

I have absolutely no background in mobile technology however back in April 2017 I texted a friend asking where I can get a good guitar.  I then texted again asking if I should just go to Cash Converters online.  It was right then that it occurred to me that it would be so handy if a link to Cash Converters could be created simply by typing in their name.  I could then follow the link to their website whilst still sending the text to my friend whom could then follow the link to the website.  My friend could also reply with a link to a guitar shop they recommend simply by typing in the name of that guitar shop and choosing the option to create the link if that shop is a subscriber to SMS Link.  

I was then advised by a developer that keywords could be utilised so that when I type 'guitar', a list of local guitar shops whom are subscibers to SMS Link would be displayed from which I can choose one to review.  Similarly, my friend can use the same process when choosing a guitar shop to recommend.

Development

I have three quotes from developers to create an MVP/prototype for this app and consequently need to raise $17,600 for this stage of the project.  The minimum I need to get it started is $8,800.  Any amount would be helpful to get the project started so if my fund raising goal isn't reached it would certainly go a long way to making this app a reality.

The developer I favour also includes face time with industry experts to assist with taking the MVP/prototype to market as part of the package.

The ultimate goal is for all SMS apps to include SMS Link as a default feature.  Once the MVP/prototype is complete we will approach comapnies such as Google, Apple, Samsung etc. to adopt the feature.

Completion

I, and everybody I have discussed this with, believe that this is a fantastic and viable innovation in SMS app technology.  Everybody with an SMS enabled phone can have access to this feature and the benefits to local business is that users would be directed to their website/app/contact details simply by composing a text.  The keyword feature would bring local business to the attention of the user even though they may not know the business exists.

We envisage subscription fees to start from $2 per month so absolutely affordable and viable for any business.

I have a provisional patent for this innovation and am absolutely certain that this is unique.

This is ground breaking technology and I would be delighted if you can assist me with making it a reality.
