Short Summary
I am Juan Luis Hernandez, all my friends/fans know me as Scotty V. My background is my house.
My campaign is for my video game in progress, you see... it's really important to me because one of my dreams is becoming a known game developer as well to work in a video game company. I also want everyone to play my video game, I really hope to surpass their expectations.
Contributors can help me a lot, because all the money is to make the game more beautiful. I really want the best and I want to bring the best game for everyone and hopefully not dissapoint everyone.
What We Need & What You Get
The $16,000 dollars are going to a band to make original soundtrack, also to buy the copyrights, I also want Kinuko Mariel or Tetsuya Nomura to make special art for this game. I also need to contract people to draw for me. It's really hard creating a game by yourself, y'know? Also a little tip for me, because I might actually move from my house this year.
About the gameplay, I was never an RPG guy, I was adventure, platformer, survival horror, even shooter gamer. About 4 years ago I started playing RPGs more, and I really like them, but there was always something I would complain: Slow-Paced fights. This game is an RPG, but with a touch of beat'em up and preventive slash system. That's why I call it an Instant-Action RPG game. Perhaps Fast-Paced RPG could be the name of this genre too.
If I don't reach my entire goal, I would still the money for affordable music/art. It wouldn't look as esthetic as I dream, but this game is for sure a thing, and I won't rest until this dream comes true.
The Impact
I know there are many gamers that prefer shooters and easy games, but I really want to bring a game everyone could be talking about, a game that brings you joy, fun and feelings for the characters developing along the journey. Buying rights for song is expensive, and I really want original stuff, and I want my game to look beautiful, that's why I need people that know how to draw and paint. I also want Kinuko/Nomura to make special art so when contributors donate certain quantity of money they would get a poster of that art in their hands.
If I reach the goal I am willing to continue making games if people actually like them.
Risks & Challenges
I am mexican, many people would look at me as tacos, burritos and hats. Most of the people in my country wouldn't support me because all they like are shooter video games or soccer video games, I am not saying they are bad, but I wish they had more culture about what gaming is. My dream was to go to a video game university, but they are so expensive and in this country, there's nothing. I want to work on a game company, but that seems like a dream that will never be accomplished and it depresses me. I know lots of people won't have faith on me, but I really try to do my best. The problem is too that I don't have a team, but is okay, I can program all the stuff, but I need people that know how to draw and music for the game.
I knew I've mistaken the price. I won't tell Nomura or Kinuko, but I hopefully can get people who can draw and also do pixel art.
I know money is not everything in life, but most of the times is needed.

There's a lot of stuff people can help me with, and I would really apretiate that because working all by myself is really hard, and dealing with college too, it drains all my time.
