True High-Fidelity Stereo System

Unlike one-piece "stereo" smart speakers which offer little to no channel separation, or manipulate the sound in an attempt to simulate stereo sound, SpeakEasy Stereo System is a true two channel, Hi-Fi system. Once the wire from the SpeakEasy Speaker is connected, the two units provide an authentic stereo image and generous sound stage, just like music was meant to be heard.

Should your Wi-Fi network become unavailable, you'll continue to experience stereo sound from both units when streaming via Bluetooth from the Como Audio Turntable or your smart phone. Since the SpeakEasy Speaker takes its power from SpeakEasy's stereo amplifier, an external power supply is not needed. And since the SpeakEasy Speaker is wired, it won't take additional bandwidth from your network.

Sound Quality | Designed to Play Music 

Each unit features  a ¾” soft dome tweeter and 3” custom, dual voice coil woofer. Along with the custom DSP equalization, the result is great high-fidelity sound, reproducing your favorite music as it was recorded.

The rear port further enhances low bass frequencies while conveniently doubling as a carry handle.  A 25 watt per channel Class D digital amplifier supplies plenty of volume, while a nearly ½” thick MDF cabinet holds everything together with a distinguished look. Supported audio codecs include HE-AAC, LC-AAC, CELT/Opus, MP3, Vorbis, Wav, and FLAC.

Bluetooth 4.2

Should your Wi-Fi network become temporarily unavailable, or if you wish to access a source not available through Wi-Fi, Bluetooth is on-board to provide a CD-quality, wireless, stereo streaming alternative.

Portable

Take your Assistant with you thanks to the included custom 2200mAh Lithium-ion battery pack, providing an average 8 hours of playback on a full charge. A full charge typically takes less than 4 hours with the integrated charger, which also means you don't have to remove the battery pack every time you need to charge it.

Display | Clock & Alarm

A crisp, red LED display continually shows the time without you having to ask. Display icons indicate when the Alarm is set, when the Alarm is in Snooze mode, when the timer is active, and when the battery pack is charging. A front panel photocell sensor automatically adjusts the backlight based on ambient light conditions.

Furniture Grade Cabinet

SpeakEasy Stereo System is made with a robust MDF cabinet, just like a home loudspeaker, wrapped in a real walnut wood veneer. The top and front panels and knobs are anodized aluminum and the speaker grilles are painted aluminum. Outside of the LED display and sensor, no plastic is used on the baffle. 

SpeakEasy's thick cabinet contributes to its great sound quality, just like a traditional home loudspeaker.

The Como Audio Bluetooth Turntable

NOT JUST A TURNTABLE 

The belt-driven Como Audio Turntable includes a nearly 12" diameter (300 mm) heavy steel platter, an Ortofon OM10 magnetic cartridge pre-mounted to an 8.6" (218 mm) aluminum tone arm, and a dedicated electronic speed control for 33 and 45 RPM. A removable transparent dust cover, Como Audio slip mat, and 100-240V external power supply are also included.

Connect Como Audio's Turntable via Bluetooth to SpeakEasy and stream the sound of your favorite records wirelessly to the SpeakEasy Stereo System. The Como Audio Turntable is available in the same walnut finish as the SpeakEasy Stereo System for a harmonious visual presentation.
