What is AUDIO REMASTERING?
Spritz incorporates BONGIOVI DPS which does
Real Time Audio REMASTERING of music while it's streaming over Bluetooth. This patented algorithm understands that human ears pay the most attention to sounds to which they are most sensitive.
No matter what the original content of the audio is, Bongiovi DPS will optimize the signal so that important sounds stay at a consistent volume without losing their emotional impact or causing unwanted artifacts.

Notice the lighter blue core of the waveform surrounded by darker blue peaks. The light blue represents the average power of the audio and includes much of the information we perceive as loudness. The darker blue peaks can be much greater than the average power at any given moment. A normal audio system must work very hard to reproduce all of this information exactly as delivered.

Notice how the lighter blue is extremely consistent while the dark blue (still vibrant and active) is more controlled. It is easier for speakers to reproduce and it is easier for us to listen to. Even though this waveform appears quieter, you will perceive both examples to be the same volume. All of that space around the waveform is headroom that can be used to make the original recording much louder and clearer in a noisy environment. It's almost like the audio equivalent of HIGH DEFINITION TV, for your ears when listening to music.

What's Inside?
Spritz has been designed with an incredible degree of engineering, in order to achieve a robust and reliable product that's waterproof, user-friendly and also acoustically optimised. As a prerequisite, SPRITZ had to be MODULAR for anyone to take apart/re-assemble, so that the bottle could be washed or even sterilised.

But the construction had to be acoustically beneficial as well. We achieved all this and more, with what we call our Acoustic Turbine Architecture, which delivers a 360º field of sound dispersion, so that Spritz can face ANY direction, with no loss of sonic performance. In order to achieve an ultra wide frequency response, a traditional speaker box needs to incorporate 2 separate speaker drivers : the TWEETER and the WOOFER (for HIGH and LOW frequencies). But that takes a lot of space, and is impossible in a product the size and shape of
SPRITZ. With this in mind, we engineered a solution that perfectly resolves the dilemma: the HYBRID SPEAKER. It's a combination of the 2 different types of speakers fused into one compact component. And it delivers! Crystal clear high frequency notes with sparkle and sharpness, with a bass response so powerful
you can actually FEEL it in your hands.

But what good is all that sound quality if you can't enjoy it for any reasonable length of time - like a minimum of 8-10 hours on a single charge? That normally means a HUGE, HEAVY battery inside...
something we did not want to burden our users with. So, we set out to achieve our goal in 2 ways:
A. Power Efficient Circuit Design:
We designed the Spritz PCB with a totally digital architecture using micro-components to consume the absolute MINIMUM energy when operating.

B. Advanced Lithium Battery Technology:
Not all Rechargeable batteries are the same. SPRITZ uses an advanced
Lithium Polymer cell (the same type as you'll find in the iPhone) which has one of the highest energy densities of all rechargeable batteries today. And the Spritz Lithium cell comes with an integrated safety circuit that prevents over-charging, over-loading and even under-voltage. This is extremely important not only because it extends the life of the battery itself, but even more so because it prevents internal cell damage which can sometimes lead to overheating of the battery. We've made no compromises, designing every aspect to ensure the highest standard of user safety.

What about the Safety of the Bottle?
The Spritz bottle is designed using an amazing next generation copolyester material called TRITAN™ made by the world famous technology giant EASTMAN. TRITAN™ is an impact resistant shatterproof tough plastic that has been approved for use in food and liquid/water contact applications by numerous regulatory agencies around the world, including:

In particular,
TRITAN™ is BPA free. BPA stands for
Bisphenol A which is an industrial chemical that is used to make certain plastics and resins since the 1960s. BPA is often used in containers that store food and beverages, such as water bottles.
Research has shown that BPA can seep into food or beverages from containers that are made with BPA. Exposure to BPA is a concern because of possible health effects of BPA on the brain, behavior and prostate gland of fetuses, infants and children. TRITAN™ is a BPA-free material — it is not manufactured with Bisphenol A (BPA) or other bisphenols, such as BPS. Additionally, TRITAN™ has no estrogenic or androgenic hormonal activity.
TRITAN™ also has exceptional dishwasher durability — so it encourages proper sanitation of the Spritz Water Bottle, for greater safety.
Spritz will also comply with the European CE safety standard: RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) which includes restrictions on the use of Lead, Mercury, Chromium-VI and Cadmium. A full series of chemical lab-testing to verify compliance will be conducted prior to mass production.
