Summary

Strange LA was created by Chantelle James and Alexandra Grossi. We decided to base a web series on our weird and crazy experiences living in LA. And what we have is a platform which allows us to have fun with comedic story telling in a way that is different and at times stange.

The series is centered around a news program, 'Strange LA', that reports the daily news, which isn't quite news at all.

Our strong ensemble of comedic actors (who also happen to be our friends) play an assortment of whacky Los Angelenos.

What We Need & What You Get

Our goal is to raise $10,000. The funds will go towards equipment, locations and the creative team.

We are offering perks to those who donate including special thanks, signed postcards, t-shirts, background roles, associate and executive producer credits.

The Impact

Additionally each episode will endorse a Los Angeles based charity that relates to it's content and will give the viewer a chance to dontate.

We selected the following charities because we feel they are important to the community.

A Place Called Home

Inner City Arts

L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center

Los Angeles Mission

Magic Johnson Foundation

Peace Over Violence
