What Is Strapped for Danger Part 2?
Strapped for Danger Part 2 is the hysterically funny LGBTQ+ sequel to the 2017 release Strapped for Danger! Both films are by the award-winning team of playwright Duncan Pflaster, producer Lenny Schwartz (Who has won MANY awards for the plays he writes and directs!) and film director Richard Griffin.
Now, two years later after the first film, we're back for another one! And our canvas is larger. A bigger cast, more locations, more everything. And that's why we need you. We want to make this movie the gold standard of indie LGBTQ movies. We have an awesome cast in place of highly trained film and stage actors, and our crew is top notch in all the departments. Now we just need the funding to get the movie off the page and onto the screen. Locations have to be secured, props and costumes purchased, craft services, equipment rental and all the other large and small expenses of making a movie.
With voices rising up in our government trying to oppress the LGBTQ community again, we need movies like this more than ever!
We want to bring exciting, sexy, funny movies to our LGBTQ audience (and hopefully beyond!) that make them feel that gay characters do not just have to be the "wacky next door neighbor" or "gay best friend". Our LGBTQ characters are front and center, well-rounded, take charge heroes!
The Impact
If this film gets funded dozens of actors will get a chance to ply their trade in a movie they can be proud of. The crew will get to show their stuff off as well.... and most of all, in less than six months you'll get to sit at the theater watching the movie... or at home watching your DVD and say, "I helped make that happen."
One thing about us, we get the work done. Our films do not sit on shelves gathering dust. We've gotten hundreds of amazing reviews of our films, as well as awards from film festivals from around the globe.
Please, make the future a bright one and donate to Strapped for Danger Part 2 today!

What We Need & Why
To create the world of Strapped for Danger Part 2 we need the donations to purchase and build props, costumes, sets, and other things that will make for a spectacular movie (on a budget!). After a decade of making 25 features, we have become experts on making a dime look like a dollar, so you can rest assured that every bit of money you donate will be on the screen!
Now, here's a little something to sweeten the pot. If you donate, you'll get some terrific perks. Things like copies of the DVD, tickets to the premiere, autographed copies of the screenplay and poster, exclusive content and more!
Nobody is getting rich by making indie films -- we do it because we love the excitement and artistic expression that only making movies can bring. So, with your generous donations, we can continue and keep the dream alive!
Other Ways You Can Help
We know that some people just don't have the money to donate, and that's fine! But please... share this Indie Go Go project on your Facebook or Twitter! Spread the word!
