Overview

SUNBURN is an exciting new Horror Feature Film currently in post-production in London. We need your help to get SUNBURN onto the big screen! We are raising money to complete the Edit, Sound, Colour Grading and Visual FX in time for the Sitges Film Festival in October. Shot on a micro budget in the stunning mountains of Las Alpujaras, Spain - we want to give our film the finish it deserves and reward the young but talented Cast & Crew that worked so hard on it. What is SUNBURN?

SUNBURN is an exciting new Horror/ Thriller, sharing similar DNA to the award winning 'Misery'.

'When a naive American backpacker, Mike, goes looking for his missing friend in a remote Spanish village, he becomes embroiled with a bewitching older local woman, Lucia, who soon becomes obsessed with him.

Forced to escape her home, Mike discovers that his freedom comes at a terrible price and learns the horrific secret of the little village of Angustias.'

Who are we?

My name is Lee Cooper.

I Produced the exciting new Horror/Thriller SUNBURN with fellow first-time Writer & Director, Anthony Alleyne after meeting at Met Film School in Ealing Studios.

SUNBURN is the culmination of a dream we have had for a number of years, to make our very own Feature Film - and you can help us realise that dream and reward the young but talented Cast & Crew who gave up their time to make it.

A credit on a completed Feature Film will help launch the careers of everyone who worked so hard in the sweltering Olive groves of Spain.

How you can help

We want to raise £10,000 to complete SUNBURN.

The hard bit is done. Production is complete and the footage is in the can.

We need a final push to complete Post-Production so that our film is ready for the big screen.

And you could be the first to see it, meet the Cast & Crew at a special screening at the BFI or even see your name on the big screen!

Where will the money go?

£4k on Colour Grading so the film looks its absolute best.
