It all started when Ken Zinkand the founder of SwingWise stumbled upon a youtube video on golf course management. He had been playing golf for over 40 years and was well aware of the concept but not its true practices. Fast forward 18 months into implementing optimal course management, Ken’s handicap dropped from 12.9 to 2.2. Somewhere around month 2 of the journey, he downloaded a golf app to assist in reminding him to play optimally. Once he downloaded the app, he realized it was only a Yardage Book, it didn’t help him strategize how to play each hole, it just gave him information and he had to decide what to do with that information.
Frustrated with what was available on the market, he decided to create an app that could act as a caddie in the palm of your hand. With this in mind, Ken created an app that provides golfers with:
