Q: Can I pre-order cases for iPhone 6
Plus in this campaign?
A. No, our
Indiegogo campaign is only focused on ultra-protective waterproof cases for iPhone 6. We are in development to
make some 6 Plus products from the LUNATIK collection, but don't have a launch timeline to share right now. As always, the best way to stay in the loop on our latest news and product launches is to sign up for the LUNATIK newsletter.
Q: Will TAKTIK
360 and AQUATIK work with other 3rd party accessories or fit into existing
docks?

Our cases are designed to be compliant with the Apple headset and lightening
cable.. At this stage in our development process, it is too early to test any 3rd
party accessories with our product. However, we will be including an audio
extender with both TAKTIK 360 and AQUATIK, at no additional cost.
Q:
Will the audio extender shown in campaign photos be included for both TAKTIK
360 and AQUATIK?
A: Yes! Our plan is to include audio
extenders for both products, at no additional cost.

Will TAKTIK 360 and AQUATIK be
compatible with Touch ID?
A:
Yes, both cases will be Touch
ID compatible using a hyrdophobic optically clear barrier, allowing you to have
full access to the home button while your iPhone is installed in the case.

How do I install the TAKTIK 360 and
AQUATIK on my iPhone 6?
A:
TAKTIK 360 will be a 3 step assembly process, and the AQUATIK 360 is a simple
one step process.
Q: Is the sound quality from my iPhone 6
reduced by the AQUATIK or the TAKTIK 360?
A:
Both cases are designed to be fully waterproof, but they will also be designed
to minimize acoustic degradation in the process of meeting the IP-68 standards.
Q: How do the cases stay waterproof,
especially the AQUATIK since there is no locking mechanism?
A: We have
patent-pending compression closure systems and seals for both TAKTIK 360 and
AQUATIK that make the cases airtight, keeping water and dust out (IP68).
Q: Can I
take pictures/use my iPhone underwater?
A: Yes, you will. As we move closer to testing the
product, we will be able to give more specifics around underwater
functionality.
Q: Is there a belt clip?
A: While a belt clip for both products are
possibilities in the future, at this time we are not currently developing these

Indiegogo over Kickstarter?
A: We
love Kickstarter and the fans we've met along the way, but the rules have
changed since our last project. Due to the fact that we use photo-realistic
renderings to supplement our prototypes, we were not able to utilize the
Kickstarter platform this time around.
