Introduction
Hi! I am Robert Harmon CEO of Teddy Love incorporated. We are a start-up company launching our novel, 1st in class product: Teddy Love. Our vision is to have Teddy Love in every woman's bedroom, whether here in the United States or all over the world.
Our product, Teddy Love, is a unique, discreet, and lovable adult Teddy Bear. Teddy has a robust, 10-speed motor housed in the muzzle. The result is a strong vibration in both the nose and tongue of the bear. The nose stimulates the clitoris and the tongue penetrates the vagina. The controls are located in Teddy’s ears for easy and convenient control. Teddy Love is versatile, unique, cuddly and pleasurable.
What We Need & What You Get
Design, R & D, patents, trademarks and marketing require capital. We have invested a significant amount of our own capital in this project, but our costs have far exceeded our investment and budget. Our trademark and patents are in place, thus our proprietary technology is protected. Teddy Love took over a year to develop. We have completed three prototypes and are now ready to move into production. Presently we are completing our tooling. For this reason we are seeking backers to assist us in our first production run which starts in July of 2014.

Batteries. The 3-AA batteries are located in Teddy Love’s back.
Technology. Motorized 10-speed vibrator housed in Teddy Love’s muzzle making his nose and tongue vibrate. The controls are in Teddy Love’s ears. The motor and circuit board are contained within a compartment in Teddy Love’s back.
Design. Teddy Love was designed my Sonos Design in Huntington Beach, CA. Sonos has designed products for Fortune 500 companies. Their clients have included Mattel, Hasbro, Leap Frog and GM. They have developed over 5000 products for Mattel, Hasbro and Leap Frog.
Manufacturing. Teddy Love is manufactured by a Disney certified manufacturer.
High Quality Fur. Teddy’s fur is made of plush, 100% polyester fur.
Muzzle. The muzzle is made out of a food grade thermo plastic elastomer. It is hypoallergenic, nontoxic and phthalate free.
Risks & Challenges
Introducing any new product to the market has it's own unique challenges. Design, tooling, manufacturing, marketing are all critical issues. Our research shows there is nothing quite like Teddy Love currently on the market. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that we have created one of the finest products on the market. From the engineering and design, to the quality of the materials and electronics, we have made the conscious effort to make Teddy Love a step above every adult toy on the market.
Successful products require a successful roll-out plan for marketing and sales. We have identified 11 distribution channels in the adult marketplace, but will be focusing on the two largest initially. Our product has just been accepted by the largest adult retail chain that has 58 locations in the United States, and they will be receiving shipments in September in preparation for the upcoming holiday season. We also have a world class sales and marketing team that is actively pursuing other retail opportunities across the United States. Display units for our Teddy Love products are available to retailers once the manufacturing and shipping commences in September.
Our product will be available on our on-line website and will be available for shipment worldwide. Robert has over 25 years working in operations and national sales for Fortune 500 companies. He has experience in selling to both industrial and big box retail. Customers have included Saks 5th Ave, Dicks Sporting Goods and Neiman Marcus. He has received numerous sales awards and a JD Power Customer Response Survey praise from clients. Bob has a BS in Management and Economics and an MBA.
Macma Consulting
Macma Consulting is a high-tech consulting and marketing firm. The principals in Macma were the co-founders of Pyxis Corporation which is now part of CareFusion (NYSE:CFN). They also helped create the technology for the Wireless Tire Pressure Monitoring System currently utilized by General Motors. They have over 25 years of experience and will be part of the Teddy Love Advisory Board.
Carl TenBrink - VP of Product Development & Manufacturing
Carl, the founder and CEO of award winning Sonos Models Inc., is an inventor and entrepreneur. Sonos Models has been in the product development business since 1983. They have produced thousands of products for a diverse client base including Fortune 500 companies. Their clients have included Mattel, Hasbro, Leap Frog and GM. The Sonos Team has developed over 5000 toy products that have involved a host of skill sets including design, CAD engineering, mechanism invention, electronic design, patents, sculpting, logo and package design all the way through production and delivery. They have also worked with many inventors and start-up companies, helping them to create prototypes and realize their dreams. Carl is a proven leader in his field with a solid track record of developing innovative products and delivering on time.
