Teleport VR Camera
People love to take pictures and record videos. But what people love even more are the memories preserved within those images and videos. Those memories are now fully captured on Teleport VR Camera, an entirely new way to save the best memories of your life in virtual reality, so that you can relive them anytime, from anywhere.
To capture those special moments, simply plug the Teleport VR Camera in your phone and start shooting. It’s that easy!
Teleport VR Camera has 2 lenses that work the same way how our eyes see the world; it captures everything you see in 3D. Here are some VR videos shot on Teleport VR Camera. Watch them in Teleport VR Headset for the best viewing experience. You can also watch them in another VR Headset like Google Cardboard.

Risks & Challenges
We want to be transparent with you. Here are the risks and obstacles we may face on the way to achieving our goal.
-
Android support for Teleport VR Camera. We've tested Teleport VR Camera on the most popular Android phones (including Nexus 5, Nexus 6, Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, Samsung Galaxy S4, Samsung Galaxy S5, and Samsung S6). But we did not test it on all available Android phones. The Android ecosystem is too fragmented, and it is impossible for us to test every single Android phone on the market. We will continue to monitor customer feedback and make sure that our products work with the most popular Android devices. If you own an Android phone that were released in the last 24 months, it should work with Teleport VR Camera.
-
iOS support for Teleport VR Camera. Apple has approved us for their MFi (Made for iPhone/iPad/iPod) program. But they have really strict requirements on 3rd party devices that work with iPhone and iPad. We're going through the process right now. Along the way, there will be some challenges around the Apple approval process that we don't know yet. We have a team with deep expertise in manufacturing, software, and hardware. We're confident that we can overcome these challenges and release an iOS-compatible VR Camera by June 2016.

Virtual reality is still a new technology field. While we're excited about virtual reality and we strongly believe that it will have a big impact on how we will capture, relive, and share our memories, virtual reality is still a new technology field. It moves very fast with a lot of exciting innovations but at the same time breaks a few things too. We've learned new things every single day, whether it's software, hardware, or manufacturing. We're willing to learn and experiment with new virtual reality technologies to bring the best possible products to all of you.
