My name is Adam Kokesh and I've been an activist in one form or another since I got out of the Marines. I've done everything from organizing, to marching, to civil disobedience. I've been arrested over three dozen times, once even for dancing. While I was in solitary confinement last year, I started writing a book, FREEDOM! When I got out, I had hundreds of people ready to help make this book the ultimate way to take people from "zero" to "I get it" as efficiently as possible. There is nothing more important than changing the way people think and I believe that the most effective thing we can do is put this book into as many hands as possible. We have already released the book for free in every digital format possible including audiobook and we are ready to do the equivalent in paperback. So far, the reception among people new to these ideas has been incredible. I have committed to spending the next year living out of an RV trailer in order to accomplish the goal of planting as many freedom seeds in America as possible. This book has the potential to be a catalyst for the paradigm shift we've all been waiting for. Let's make it happen!
What We Need & What You Get
We are raising money to cover the basic costs of the tour and to have enough books to give out. We will host outreach days with volunteers and campfire events in America's 150 biggest cities. The more money we raise, the more books we can give out, the more evening campfire events we can host, and the more minds we can free. All of my personal costs are covered and I will take no income from the tour, so all the money here goes straight to the tour, mostly for books.
The most important perk, other than the satisfaction of knowing that you are contributing to the most efficient vehicle for change, is the personal deliveries! I want to meet and thank as many people as possible for supporting the message, so for any contribution of $100 or more, I'll stop by your home or work to deliver the goods in person. If we don't reach our fundraising goal, we are still doing the tour, but it might be shorter and feature less books.
Risks & Challenges
As with anything we do to challenge the status quo, there are risks involved. Of course, we know in the long term, that not standing up is more dangerous. As I can tell you from personal experience, sometimes the nail that stands up gets hammered down. If anything should happen to me, anyone expecting a personal delivery will get a full refund and still get their perks by mail.

More important than contributing to this campaign financially, is contributing to the greater cause of FREEDOM! by reading or listening to this book, and sharing it with those you care about. It's not easy to change the way that people think, but when we have a positive message to share, it shouldn't be too hard to ask someone to read a short book.
