Our Story

In the summer of 2021, we (Brad and Holly) and three of our children, Margo, Sloan, and Everett, sat in the living room of our Tulsa, Oklahoma home and dreamed of bringing our musical gifts together to serve the body of Christ. Their first step would be to participate in the 2021 LIFT YOUR VOICE Talent Competition at Gospel Fest at Loretta Lynn's Ranch outside of Nashville, Tennessee and sponsored by Daywind Records. By God’s grace, we won that competition and as a part of our prize package, we recorded our first full-length album at Daywind Studios in Nashville in April 2022. 

In September 2022, “Grateful,” including three original songs, was released to all streaming digital platforms. Its lead single, by the same name, was played on gospel radio stations around the country and to date, our music has been streamed in 20 countries and six continents - from Brazil to Nigeria to Romania to Kuwait to New Zealand and to Singapore. 

We have toured and ministered in churches and Christian events since 2021, sharing the gospel through song and testimony. We have sung the national anthem for our home state Oklahoma City Thunder, as well as at other major local sporting events (Tulsa Drillers, the University of Tulsa, Oral Roberts University). Our mission is to use our gifts to glorify God our "Song" (Psalm 118:14). That is the reason for everything we do in ministry!

Our Next Step

We began dreaming about our next recording project at the beginning of 2023 but knew that we would need the right producer for this project. We decided to seize the opportunity and we were providentially connected to their dream producer. After listening to our music and meeting with us at his Nashville home, he agreed to produce our forthcoming EP! Who is this mystery man? None other than award-winning producer, recording artist, and studio musician Gordon Mote! 

Gordon is a five-time nominated and three-time winner of the Academy of Country Music Awards Keyboard/Piano Player of the Year, a two-time Grammy-nominated artist, as well as a Dove-nominated songwriter. He has produced for Gaither Vocal Band, The Martins, Legacy Five, The Jordan Family Band, and The Meadows. He has played on multiple artists records, such as country artists Kenny Rogers, Reba McEntire, Alabama, Carrie Underwood, Lady A, Brooks & Dunn, Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, Alan Jackson, Blake Shelton, Rascal Flatts, Dan + Shay, as well as Christian artists like Chris Tomlin, Steven Curtis Chapman, Anne Wilson, and Jason Crabb. Needless to say, TAF is blown away by God’s grace in this opportunity to work with a legend like Gordon! 

Our Need

We need you to help bring this project to the world! Indiegogo is a great tool designed to help independent artists like ourselves fund creative projects by involving family, friends and fans in the process. And through this campaign, our base goal is to raise $12,000. This includes studio costs, production costs, musicians, engineers, photography, graphic design, mixing and mastering, duplication, Indiegogo fees, etc. The power of this campaign is that everybody contributes in some way, that collective support will get us to the finish line more quickly.

We are currently planning on recording a 5-song EP of original music with Gordon in the fall of 2024 in a professional studio in Franklin, Tennessee - just south of Nashville. We have already begun the process of choosing the music with Gordon’s connections to the songwriting community. Once those songs are finalized, we will tell you who the songwriters are because they are some of the best in the business. The songs we are considering are phenomenal!

And…if we exceed our base goal, this will allow us to continue to add songs to the project. Who knows - maybe we can raise enough money to record a full-length album? If we find that we are getting close to reaching our base goal, we will communicate with you on what our "stretch" goals will be so you can continue to support this project.
