Short Summary

We are a group of film school graduates, exited to harness our creative abilities to bring this story to life. The film focuses on Aiden Crowley, a young pyromaniac slowly building up the confidence to set a massive blaze while the world around him keeps kicking him to the curb. 

With funding, we plan to achieve a more filmic look in production design, lighting and VFX to make this film not only possible, but the best it can be.

What We Need & What You Get

We Need $1058, or more specifically...

•  $270 for production design (set dec + props)
• $500 for VFX
• $235 for renting professional lighting and grip equipment 

• $53 for contingency

If our entire goal is not met, the budget will focus mostly on production design and lighting.

The Impact

Really, we want to tell a great story in a unique way that we hope no one has never been seen before. We would all like jobs in the film industry and this is a perfect opportunity to express ourselves without the confines of studio intervention. 

Both our director and DP have successfully completed 60+ short films and we have all worked together on a multitude of projects throughout the last year.

We're hoping this is an experience to watch like no other and that you are all looking forward to this film as much as we are.

Risks & Challenges

The risks, as mentioned, are definitely the use of fire, animals, and simply how ambitious this project is. We're aware of these hardships and are working hard to create both a safe environment for our cast and crew while still maintaining gorgeous visuals.

We plan to have fire safety on set, such as fire blankets and extinguishers,  as well as an animal expert.
