BREAKING NEWS: "THE BASEMENT" IS COMPLETED!
Dear Friends and Supporters,
We're very happy to announce, that today we officially finished the production of our horror movie, The Basement. We're truly satisfied with the final version, and to be honest: making this production was a life-changing experience for us.
We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped us during the last year, and hope you'll like our first international feature film.
Indiegogo supporters will get their copies, and other gifts during next month. All of you should now, that you're simply amazing, because without you we wouldn't be able to make this project.
We'll also start to send the movie to festivals, so we'll keep you updated on our FB PAGE about future screenings, and release dates. Next month we'll start making plans about our next feature. We want to shoot a new one at Summer.

We are working hard for a year to make this movie happen. We finished the principal photography in May, and since then we are making the post-production. Now we have the final cut, and people are working on other necessary phases. There is only a small amount of funds missing to be finished. We are asking for your help one last time!

Thanks to your support our first and second campaign was a success, and we almost finished the making of our movie. We received nearly enough funds to complete The Basement.
We are very happy with our cast, they are professional and very talented actors. Just like Caroline Boulton (Houdini, Dr. Who, Hercules, etc...), Richard Rifkin (The Martian, Hellboy II, Eragon), and Zalan Takacs (Spy, The Martian). We had a very lovely crew, and the shooting was amazing. Making this movie is one of the best period of our lives.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Basement is a low budget, but high-quality independent horror movie, made in an international co-production. It will be shot with actors from US, UK, Germany, Japan and Hungary.
This feature film is directed, written and produced by Laszlo Illes, who is working in the Hungarian film industry for more than 15 years. During that time he made a lot of commercials, music videos, and shorts. The Basement would be his first international feature film. His dream is to make block-busters in Hollywood, so this project could be the first step to L.A..
The super scary movie is about a group of international student, who end up in a horrific basement, after a huge house party. Officially the place is totally abandoned for decades, but for real: mysteries, supernatural freaks, blood and death awaits them. They try to escape at all costs, but it's getting worse in every moment.
