If you’ve ever tried those heavy, bulky heated gloves with batteries on the wrists you’ll be happy to know that Ravean has solved this problem. Simply connect your gloves to the Ravean C6 12V system and just like that they’re part of the heating system. Use your jacket button adjuster to adjust the system to heat your gloves and any other area of your jacket. This is only available in the C6 12V down jacket products.

The 5-year warranty is limited to the heating element itself, not the coat, fabric, or battery. We created the Ravean C6 heating system to stand up to even the toughest elements, including the ones in your washing machine. And to prove our confidence in what we’ve made, every jacket comes with a 5-year warranty on the heating system. If at any time your heating element malfunctions, we’ll simply replace the entire coat, no questions asked. 

The Ravean C6 is made from light, breathable, water-resistant material DWR (Durable Water Repellant) is a special coating added to fabrics at the factory to make them water-resistant.

STEP 1:
WOMEN'S MEASURE YOURSELF

Use a measuring tape and keep it horizontal while you’re measuring.

1. Bust: Measure around the fullest part, across bust points.

2. Waist: Measure around the narrowest part (typically the small of your back and where your body bends side to side).

3. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

STEP 2: FIND YOUR SIZE Use the chart below to determine your size. If you’re on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit. If your measurements for chest and waist correspond to two different suggested sizes, order the size indicated by your chest measurement.

There has been many questions on how to size and fit gloves. Ravean’s gloves sizing made its standards to ensure a comfortable fit, but just like snowflakes, no two hands are the same. Below is a size chart and some tips that you can use as guidance

Tips for All Sizes

You may find your Ravean gloves to be initially snug and tight. They are made using a combination of polyester and spandex to create a snug and tight fit. After a few wears. They should be a perfect fit. If you are in between sizes on our size chart, and like your gloves more fitted, go with the smaller option; if you like your gloves looser go with a larger option

EXCHANGE POLICY:

If you follow the sizing chart carefully, then the jackets, vests, and hoodies will fit you just fine. Still, if you wish to exchange your jacket for any reason, we will allow you to do that, but you’ll have to pay for the two way shipping. As we are just starting up and offering our jackets at highly discounted prices on Kickstarter, we won’t be able to accept returns.

WARRANTY:

Once again the 5-year warranty is specifically for the heating element itself. The manufacturer warranty is as follows:

Manufacturer(s) warrant the heating element against defects as follows:

LABOR: For a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase, if the customer of purchase has (1) applied for the following warranty at https://www.ravean.com/warranty within the first 12 months after purchase (2) customer has provided proof of purchase during warranty application (3) has done so within the first 12 months of purchase, and (4) if manufacturer determines that the equipment is defective subject to the limitations of this warranty, manufacturer will replace or repair at no charge for labor. Manufacturer warrants any such work done against defects in heating element material or heating element workmanship for the remaining portion of the original warranty period.

PARTS: For the period of 5 years from the original date of purchase and subject to the limitations of the warranty, manufacturer will supply at no charge, new or rebuilt replacement parts in exchange so long as (1) the customer has applied for the following warranty at www.ravean.com/warranty within the first 12 months of purchase (2) provides proof of purchase during warranty application (3) has done so within the first 12 months of purchase, and (4) manufacturer must determine the equipment is defective.
