Who am I
My name is Lalo Molina. I am an independent filmmaker with a versatile track record shooting and editing creative videos, documentaries, travel shows, news, and web branded content for broadcast TV, online media companies, and advertising/PR agencies including: HBO, Mundo Fox, Turner TV, Univision, Meredith, Yahoo, FIFA, and HITN.
My debut as a director was the documentary Actors of Sound.
Living in Germany for the past few years, I met Robert Bina and that gave me the idea and the chance to make this road trip documentary.

The documentary will start in Düsseldorf, Germany and will follow them all the way to Texas, to ride the famous Route 66 on six vintage Hondas CB 750four motorcycles. Then all the way to Las Vegas and back. Their goal is to reach the Las Vegas Motorcycle Week that starts on October 3rd and ends on October 6th.
This road trip documentary will give us the great opportunity to tell the story of those six characters, doing what they love. We will accompany their trip from Germany to Wichita Falls, Texas, where their trip starts. They will first do maintenance on the motorcycles for a couple days and then they will hit the road.

The Honda CB 750four
This documentary highlights the motorcycle Honda CB 750four.
When this motorcycle came out in 1969 everyone was waiting for it and wanted to test drive one. The first guys to test drive a Honda CB 750four were the guys writing for Motor Magazines. All the test drivers were amazed by the speed and handling of the motorcycle. The four cylinder motorblock with 70 PS is small and placed sideways. Small enough so it does not stick out from the frame. This gives the bike a very streamline appearance. The front brakes are hydraulic disc brakes and are necessary for the power the motor can deliver. The 750four has four carburetors. No nonsense, easy to adjust and they do their job to perfection. For people with a bit of technical knowledge, it is very easy to work on this motorcycle.
All of this Japanese attention to detail, the styling, the dependability and the speed of the Honda CB 750four contributed to end the British domination of the international motorcycle market.

Risks & Challenges
One of the biggest challenges is to get the motorcycles ready to reach the Las Vegas Motorcycle week on time.
Another challenge can be the weather at this time of the year: Texas and New Mexico is very dry and hot during the day, and the deserts become freezing cold after sunset. Sometimes you don't find a place to stay in time...
You can help us, even if you cannot contribute: Make some noise about our campaign!!! Hit the like buttons or share it.
