Who We Are & What We Do
![]()
- Peter Zachari and Joey Mirabile have been producing independent theater in New York City since 2011 starting with their production of Parker & Dizzy's Fabulous Journey to the End of the Rainbow at the New York International Fringe Festival. The show was selected as part of the Encore Series and remounted at The Players Theater. The show returned yet again at Theater for the New City in 2014.
- We have found the most wonderful artistic home at Theater for the New City. In the past five years we have presented a bevy of original shows: Fat Asses: The Musical, Under the Knife: A Farce, One Love, a freshly reimagined production of Parker & Dizzy's Fabulous Journey to the End of the Rainbow and the premiere of Anne Marilyn Lucas' From Silence.

- Peter Zachari has rewritten, revamped, retitled this zany, cutting-edge farce. We have the opportunity to bring this reimagined show in 2019 at Theater for the New City. But we need help to make this happen.
How You Can Make a Difference
The world wants this show. And we want to make it happen! And we will if you help us. We need to raise $25,000. That funding goes for:
Payment for Equity actors, director, musical director, musicians stage managers, set designer, costume designer, lighting designer and sound engineers
Sets, props, costumes, projections, video equipment
Publicity and Marketing, printed materials, mailings, ads, email blasts.
The Impact
The world needs this show. We need to laugh. And this farce blends traditional physical and verbal comedy with the social issues that are prevalent today. I think you would be proud to say you were a part of this production team.
Because of people like you we HAVE been producing original works. Six original Peter Zachari plays and musicals have been produced in New York City from the generosity of friends, family and participants of crowdfunding efforts.
Not only does the audiences of New York City get to see the show but tens of New York artists, actors, designers and staff get to participate in this work of passion and contribute to the landscape of the New York City theater scene.
Let's Do This!
We can't let another opportunity like this slip by. It's important that we present shows that challenge the status quo and represent those voices who aren't being heard. Without your help, we could be at risk of not presenting this show next year. And that would be a shame!
