About The Night Knights
The Night Knights are not your average toy. They provide much more than just fun - they give a sense of comfort and security along with special childhood memories. We can all remember times from our own childhoods' when we would have welcomed a pair of loyal knights who watched over us to make us feel safe while we slept.
The Night Knights help children feel secure while going to sleep alone in the dark, and help turn bedtime into a fun experience that they will look forward to.
The Campaign Goal
The campaign goal is to raise $30,000 USD of funding. By raising this amount and reaching the funding goal, costs can be kept at a very low $35.00 USD per package. Campaign funds will also be used to ensure quality and safety testing standards are met.

About the Creator, Steve.
I am the father to two sons and the husband to a great wife, and I live in Cobourg, which is a fantastic small town in Ontario, Canada. After more than 12 years of owning and operating my own small business in the skilled trades, and all of the demands and sacrifices that went along with it, my wife and I made the decision in 2012 that I should become a stay-at-home dad. It was during my time at home that I had an idea to re-create the fun my boys and I used to have pretending they were being guarded through the night by one of their favourite toys. There is nothing that would have ever predicted I would write a children's book and develop two small knight dolls. The only explanation that I can give is that when you know in your heart you have a great idea, you should go for it!
I knew from that very moment that I had to follow through with it. It has taken more than two and a half years. After seeing how great my idea has turned out, it has definitely been worth the wait. The small group of test families who were the first to receive The Night Knights love them more than I had even hoped.
Fulfillment
Before asking for backers, I made sure I had a complete, fully-formed product. I used my own resources to develop The Night Knights. I believe sincerely and with confidence that there is no risk for backers. If I do not reach my funding goal, I will still have enough to fulfill everything promised. That said, I plan on having a successful campaign and so have already made sure my suppliers have the capacity to scale up to accommodate any number of orders.
The campaign is the starting point for The Night Knights. The goal is to gather enough funds to place a first order with my suppliers. Because this is the first mass production run for The Night Knights, there is no stock on hand to send out to backers immediately. The estimated delivery time will be late January to mid-February. This may seem like a long time to wait to receive your Night Knights but it is just part of the process of launching a brand new product. Fulfilling all perks is the number one priority, so there are currently no plans at this time to have The Night Knights made available beyond this campaign. All backers will receive The Night Knights long before they might be made available anywhere else - and at a much lower price. If The Night Knights appeal to you and your family, this is definitely the time and the place to get them.
