A Brief History of The Pogo Adventure
Pogoers have always connected through the internet. What began as a tiny collective of enthusiastic 'pogo kids' around the U.S. has expanded into a global extreme sport who's participants are largely limited to online interaction. Anyone who has experienced sports culture can understand that its followers are at their best when in the presence of one another - thus we have the Pogo Adventure.
The Pogo Adventure was born in 2009 when two top tier pogoers (Nick & Fred) set off on an improvised road trip across America - their one goal; visit as many pogoers as possible and create a video series to share with the world.
Since that initial trip, The Pogo Adventure series has had five seasons all available online for free. Pogoing has also grown a great deal since that first trip, people are bouncing higher and doing crazier tricks than we could have ever imagined possible. So we're hitting the road again to capture the finest pogo action to ever go down, and share it all with you.

The 2018 Route
This time around we're taking on the East Coast. The whole thing, Maine to Florida.
![]()
We'll start our journey with a bang on May 25th in Philadelphia at the East Coast Pogo Meet, an invite-only street pogo competition that's sure to lead to some incredible pogoing. From there we'll be stopping in more major cities than ever on this route - that means bigger and better spots for street pogoing, jumping ledges, stair sets, and re-imagining the urban land scape. Between stops in the cities we'll be camping every night, taking in the fresh air and getting creative with whatever we can find to pogo on. Finally we'll make it to Key West, to pogo at the southernmost point in the United States.
The Team
We've put together a team of a some of the most talented people to ever step foot on a pogo stick. This crew is not only at the cutting edge of the sport, but also well versed in video production with dozens of successful pogo video projects shot everywhere from Paris, to Hong Kong, Brazil, to Barcelona.

Why We Need Your Help!
We need your help funding the travel costs of this adventure.
We'll be keeping costs as low as possible by camping every night we can and relying on a support network of fellow pogoers, but to get our crew the whole way down the coast we'll need to pay for some basic costs of being on the road.
- Getting a large van back on the road and ready for the trip.
- We need to fuel three vehicles
- Pay for oil changes & emergency maintenance
- Two or three nights in a hotel (for much needed warm showers)
We truly appreciate your support! Please take a second to check out the awesome perks you can claim when you donate (Including early access to all finished episodes for every donor!) Every little bit helps.
