Welcome
to the estate of Bly, where there’s no shortage of secrets and no
escape from desires. This new dance-theatre adaptation of Henry James’ Turn of the Screw
asks: which do you like more, watching or being watched? Will you give
in to what you want most, or deny it until it ruins you?
And, most
importantly, have you been bad?
We hope so.

HOW YOU CAN HELP
The Sleep of Reason team is interested in building a community of supporters to fund this exciting dance-theater project. We have an incredible opportunity to work with Dixon Place, one of the premier experimental theater venues in New York City. As the project progresses, we'd love to remain engaged with this community, offering opportunities to donors to stay up-to-date with each iteration of the project.
For the February 23 presentation, rehearsal space is crucial to the development of the piece. We're also using this opportunity to build an audience through Dixon Place, so our marketing campaign is a major priority.
With your help, we can create an original piece of theater that challenges audiences and engages a new community of artistic supporters.
Financial support of ANY denomination is GREATLY appreciated :)
Thank you in advance for your time!
