Short Summary
At JPCatholic, senior media students are expected to work on a "Senior Project" as their thesis. The Man Who Was Thursday has been near and dear to my heart since I first read it at the age of twelve; Chesterton's most popular novel is a wonderful introduction to the greater body of his work, and the nightmare turned cosmic joke speaks powerfully to the juvenile morbidity that often strikes in middle school and high school. That is why I have decided to create a short animated trailer, which will be used to garner interest in the project.
What We Need & What You Get
Between software, hardware, time and manpower, animation is an expensive process. The project has been privately funded from my personal savings, but we need your support. Here's where your contributions will go:
- Monthly software costs
- Promotional materials (poster printing, t-shirts, etc.)
- Hardware replacement
We don't want to ask for too much, and the costs will be prioritized as above if we do not meet our goal.
Other Ways You Can Help
If you cannot contribute, please share the link on your social media and tell your friends about us. Maybe you don't have the funds to help us out, but somebody else does.
Thank you so much for all of your interest!
