Toma Mojo Grill is all about bright, fresh flavors served in a variety of healthy ways with meal options that are great for one, two or a crowd! We love mojo marinated chicken served on sandwiches, bone-in plates with tasty sides, or whole roast chicken dinners for the entire family! Pulled pork, vegetarian dishes and flavorful sides make sure there is something for everyone. Hot, spicy, tangy, smoky and cooling sauces are served on the side to kick things up. Mix and match to create your own flavor experience!
Say hello to the west metro’s newest fast casual restaurant! Toma Mojo Grill is located just off 394 and Plymouth Road, west of Ridgedale Center, and in the same complex as Second Swing. Toma Mojo Grill features a 75-seat dining room, 25 seat patio and a 6-seat counter. Regional tap beer, organic wine, canned adult beverages and a selection of house made Sangria will be served to accompany the food or to be enjoyed on its own!
With over 30 years of cumulative hospitality experience, from fast food chains to award winning neighborhood bistros, Paul Backer and Michael Knox are excited to bring Toma Mojo Grill to Minnetonka. The two partners met almost a decade ago at famed neighborhood restaurant Tilia as part of the opening crew. Paul worked his way up from a kitchen support staff position to Chef Du Cuisine, while Mike worked his way up from a bartending position to General Manager. With the help of several friends and family members, Toma Mojo Grill has been in development for several years.
