1) When will the rewards become available/be shipped?
The FACEBOOK VIDEO SHOUTOUT will be posted within a day or two. The OFFICIAL MOVIE POSTER SIGNED BY THE CAST AND CREW will be sent out after the end of the campaign. ALL OTHER PERKS will be sent after the completion of the movie. You will be notified of any delays. 2) What if my address changes?
If you move before the perks are shipped out, get in touch with us via your Indiegogo account or the official Too Far Gone Facebook page as soon as you can and we'll do our best to accommodate the change.
3) What if the perk I want is sold out?
If a perk is sold out, we can't do anything about it. Sorry! If there is a very popular perk, we will consider offering more. But, we can't guarantee it! There will be new perks available throughout the campaign. Stay tuned to make sure you don't miss out!
4) Can I change my perk?
Contact us via the campaign or the official Too Far Gone Facebook page and we can try to help you out, but there is no guarantee. Indiegogo has made it easy to upgrade your perk though. Just follow this link for instructions: https://support.indiegogo.com/hc/en-us/articles...
5) Can I claim more than one perk?
YES! All you have to do is make separate transactions for each perk.
6) How do I know if my contribution has been successful?
If your contribution is successful, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to your email address you provided during the contribution process.
7) I tried to make a contribution, but it was unsuccessful.
There are a few reasons why your contribution may not have gone through. Check out the list of common contribution errors for a possible solution: https://support.indiegogo.com/hc/en-us/articles...
If you don't see your problem there, let us know and we'll see if we can figure it out.
8) We spelled something wrong, had a wrong link, made a mistake on detail...

You can be sure someone will read your question and try to answer as soon as possible. Even if you don’t get a response, please know someone will see it, and your concern or question is being considered by our team.
10) What is the campaign currency?
We are raising all of our funds in USD.
11) How will you use my contact information?
We will only use your personal information to provide you with your perk and any of the items or services you've requested, respond to any inquiries from you, and to keep you updated on the progress of our Indiegogo campaign.
