Does TRAWO come with a memory card?
No, a memory card is not included with your order.
Are you offering a Warranty?
TRAWO comes with 2 year limited warranty for Indiegogo backers.
Product exchanges are only available for products that you received in a defective or damaged condition or when a different product than what you ordered was incorrectly sent to you.
What’s your refund policy?
Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis; at some point we will need to lock refunds in order to go into production and shipment. We will not be able to refund orders after they've shipped.
Do I need to pay a shipping fee?
No. The shipment fee is included in the perk price.
Where do you ship TRAWO to?
TRAWO is available for shipping worldwide.
When does it ship?
We’ll start Indiegogo shipments in late June.
Do I have to pay VAT/GST?
Customers are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of China may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; APEMAN has no control over these charges.
Why does my camera crash during use?
Very occasionally you may experience camera freezing, crashing, color loss and other anomalies, and this is largely due to the environment or conditions where the camera is being used. Should you experience this, please first examine whether your memory card is compatible. Then normal operation can be resumed by simply removing and re-installing the battery, and then turning on the camera.
Why doesn’t my camera play video smoothly or play with poor video quality (blurred, Red and blue stripes)?
Ensure you are using a good quality class 10 (or above) Micro SD card with a capacity between 8GB-64GB, and ensure the card has been correctly formatted. If the problem persists, it may be necessary to format the card on the computer.
